How does one not consider the aesthetic point of view when designing a case for the iPad? Other consideration: The aesthetic & the quality have to be carried all the way through; just like with the iPad itself. Meet the Aesthetic Series. Hand-cut from hand-measured patterns. Eyed and scrutinized to exacting proportions by artisans in a studio, not a factory. The look and feel are truly as distinct as it's simple & elegant usefulness. One profoundly aesthetic experience wrapped around another.
*Fits iPad2 & iPad3 both with and without a smart cover.

So here lies my dilemma; I want a case to house my iPad that is aesthetically pleasing yet rugged. The rugged cases look like they were built by Playskool and the aesthetically pleasing ones look like a strong wind would make them fall apart. What to do?
Well I will tell you what to do; buy this sleeve. The sleeve looks quite elegantly simple but the attention to details is astounding. Stitching is laser precise, the edge seams are dressed and sealed, the best cuts of Horween leather are used and the Defy signature isn't obtrusive.
This paired with my Defy Scholar Workcase in Horween Latigo is a perfect match. So much so they have become known as the old friends around the office.
Defy bags: elegant, well thought out products.
